We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fire safety contract across multiple sites in Leeds. This is an ongoing opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone with strong knowledge of both passive and active fire protection systems.

Project Scope

  • Fire door installations
  • Fire stopping
  • Active fire systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations across multiple locations
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Assisting the Project Manager as required
  • Managing labour, subcontractors, and site activities
  • Ordering materials and overseeing procurement
  • Signing off completed works and maintaining quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing passive and active fire safety projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites effectively

Essential Certifications

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required (travel across Leeds sites).
