Approach Personnel are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a long-term residential project in Brighton.
Project Overview:
You will be overseeing works across four residential blocks, involving the removal of existing render and installation of new cladding systems, subcontracted to CBG. This is a long-term programme with strong pipeline continuity.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple residential blocks
- Manage and coordinate Site Supervisors on each block
- Report directly into the Project Manager
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Maintain site documentation and reporting via systems such as FieldWire
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on façade/cladding projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience using FieldWire (desirable – training provided if not)
