Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to develop, manage a successful temporary staffing desk, ensuring clients receive a reliable and high quality staffing service.
You will take responsibility for attracting, recruiting and placing suitable temporary workers, managing their availability and matching them to client requirements. A key part of the role will be building strong relationships with both existing and new clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing an efficient and responsive service.
This is a varied, fast paced role that would be ideal for someone with a recruitment or account management background who enjoys working with people, building relationships and solving problems. xsabvtc It would particularly suit someone looking to move away from a heavily sales-driven recruitment environment, with less focus on hard sales and demanding KPIs, while still managing and developing strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Help manage and grow a successful temporary staffing desk
Build strong relationships with existing clients and understand their staffing requirements
Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and attract new business
Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a reliable and responsive service
Deal with day-to-day client and staffing queries, resolving any issues quickly and professionally
Work towards agreed targets and objectives for candidate placements, client activity and desk performance
