Are you an experienced Project Manager, who has a background working on interior fit-out and refurbishment projects? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing fit-out and refurbishment business, who are currently on the search for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their Nottinghamshire Head Office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our projects from inception through to completion, ensuring a smooth delivery across both operational and commercial avenues.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager working on fit‐out or refurbishment projects
  • Valid CSCS & SMSTS
  • Experience in overseeing projects from inception through to handover stage
  • Full UK driving license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the end‐to‐end delivery of commercial fit‐out and extension projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations and commercial discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM duties and company standards.
