As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Site Manager, to ensure the smooth operational success of our new build site, upholding health and safety and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on a New Build Housing project.
  • Strong understanding of the NHBC or LABC / Premier standards.
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
  • Current CSCS Card and ideally, SMSTS.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.
