Are you an experienced Site Manager within the housing regeneration sector? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional housing regeneration contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a project across the Nottingham area. The initial scheme will be on an internals social housing project with further schemes across the East Midlands to take place after.

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and completion according to deadlines.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as a Site Manager on an internals contract in social housing is ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations on site.
  • A strong, proven track record of hitting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the build program, providing 4-week look-aheads, weekly reviews, and regular updates to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage and support directly employed site staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure site compliance by reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures on-site, ensuring all trades follow trade specifications.
  • Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
