Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP on a live music venue fit-out project based in Leeds City Centre. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced, high-profile refurbishment within a live environment.
Key Details:
- Location: Leeds City Centre
- Duration: 5–6 months
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Project: Fit-out of a live music venue
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintaining health & safety compliance across site
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Hands-on involvement on site where required
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- IPAF (desirable)
- PASMA (required)
- Strong background in fit-out projects
- Joinery/Carpentry background essential
- Experience working in live environments (preferred)
- Ability to be both hands-on and supervisory
