Are you an experienced Estimator within the Interior Fit-out sector? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing and expanding construction contractor, who are currently searching for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis out of their Derbyshire office. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term commercial success of the business, by accurately forecasting the total costs of our fit out projects.

- Proven commercial experience working for a fit out, refurbishment or construction based company
- Advanced use of Excel is essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse tender documentation, drawings and specifications to understand project scope and commercial implications.
- Prepare and issue tender enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Carry out accurate material, labour and preliminaries take-offs for commercial fit-out projects.
- Compile complete, accurate and competitive tender submissions.
