Are you an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who has a background working on Interior fit-out projects? Are you looking to take the next step in your career with further career development? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a trusted and quality interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for either a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join them on a permanent basis.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of all of our commercial projects, working with junior members of staff and getting involved in the pre-tender side of the business.

What are we looking for?
- Proven Quantity Surveying / Estimating experience working for a similar fit out business on a commercial basis.
- Ideally, a RICS or CIOB membership
- Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
