Are you an experienced Estimator within the commercial refurb/interior fit out sector? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing and expanding construction contractor, who are currently searching for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis out of their Derbyshire office. The business primarily work on projects in the commercial refurbishment and interior fit out sectors, so prior experience on either side would be advantageous.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for ensuring the long‑term commercial success of the business by accurately forecasting the total costs of our fit‑out projects.

  • Proven commercial experience working for a fit‑out, refurbishment or construction based company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse tender documentation, drawings and specifications to understand project scope and commercial implications.
  • Prepare and issue tender enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Carry out accurate material, labour and preliminaries take‑offs for commercial fit‑out projects.
  • Compile complete, accurate and competitive tender submissions.
