Assistant Site Manager - Worksop - 6 Weeks
Approach Personnel are currently working with an industry leading, new build housing developer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a short-term project in Worksop, starting ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices.
Key Requirements
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
- Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments
- Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.
Key Duties
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
- Coordinating works across site
- Reporting progress to the site manager
