Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a respected and trusted, independently owned housing developer in the UK, who are currently on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in the West Midlands. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of our developments by working closely with our operations and commercial teams to deliver projects to deadlines, in budget and to a high standard.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience as a QS, within a new build housing setting.
- Ability to form strong working relationships
- Good planning and time management skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain budget control
- Produce accurate bi-monthly valuations
- Procure sub-contractors, goods and materials
- Payment approvals and processing
- Prepare valuation reports
- Liaise with site team and sub-contractors
- Provide support to the commercial department
