About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Fabricator/MIG Welders to join a busy and well-established engineering company based in Winsford, CW7.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural steelwork, carrying out high-quality MIG welding, and working from engineering drawings to manufacture components to a high standard within a workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding structural steel components.
- Fabricating and assembling structural beams, columns, frames, and other steelwork.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and preparing materials.
- Operating fabrication equipment and hand tools safely.
- Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder.
- Strong MIG welding skills.
- Experience working with structural steel and heavy fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.

- Relevant welding qualifications or certifications.
