Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing Interior Fit Outs business, who are currently on the lookout for a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their West Yorkshire region. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects, this will include aspects of estimating, quantity surveying and project management.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in an Interior Fit Outs business.
- Excellent commercial knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK\'s driving license
Key Responsibilities
- Work out early cost estimates based on the client’s ideas.
- Suggest cheaper or smarter ways to get the same result.
- Measure materials, finishes, and fittings from the drawings.
- Put together Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns.
- Get everything ready so contractors can price the job properly
- Review quotes from contractors and suppliers.
