Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced (Housing) Site Manager to join a timber frame development in Langold. This position is to provide site cover for approximately 8 weeks from early June, with the client looking to bring someone in as soon as possible to allow for a full handover period.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Managing subcontractors and site activities
  • Maintaining health & safety standards on site
  • Coordinating crane lifts and associated site activities
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
  • Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Scaffold Inspection (System Scaffold) certification
  • Timber frame experience is essential
  • Experience managing crane lifts
