Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Property Services Contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Site Manager in Retrofit projects to join them on a permanent basis. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all works being conducted on site, ensuring efficiency & quality.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of leading projects as a Site Manager in Retrofit/Decarbonisation.
  • SMSTS.
  • Greatcommercial awareness, ability to identify variations to contract.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, technology and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of programmes of work and management of operational delivery within agreed budgets, objectives and targets.
  • Understand the contract and the companys obligations and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Effective management of engineers and sub-contractors, providing support on technical issues and performance management. xiskglj
  • Undertake site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work and overall productivity.
