Freelance Construction Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out (Nights)\\n\\nLocation: Various sites across London\\nStart: Immediate / ASAP\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee retail fit-out projects across multiple London locations, working on night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, proactive Site Manager with strong organisational and client-facing skills, looking to join a fast-paced, high-profile retail programme.\\n\\nYou’ll be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring H&S compliance, and driving projects to tight deadlines — maintaining quality and safety on live retail environments.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Manage site operations during night works across multiple retail fit-out sites.\\n\\n * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project timelines are achieved.\\n\\n * Enforce health & safety procedures and maintain site documentation.\\n\\n * Liaise with the client, project team, and wider delivery partners.\\n\\n * Oversee site set-up, logistics, and handover.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\\n\\n * CSCS (Managers Card)\\n\\n * First Aid at Work\\n\\n * Asbestos Awareness\\n\\n * Temporary Works Supervisor or Coordinator (preferred)\\n\\n * Proven experience managing retail fit-out / refurbishment projects\\n\\n * Flexible to travel across multiple sites within London\\n\\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\\n\\n * Willingness to work night shifts on a freelance basis\\n\\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
