Senior Site Manager - Cheltenham - 2 Years Approach Personnel are currently partnered with an industry leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a freelance basis in Cheltenham on a New Build Education project scheduled to last 2 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on Dof E sites prior and be have all updated certificates.
Key
Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate.
Proven experience managing similar new build construction projects.
Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
Key
Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
