We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support a short-term contract across multiple sites in Cheltenham. This role will involve working closely with residents and site teams to ensure clear communication throughout ongoing works. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with residents, addressing queries, and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum while works are carried out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team.
- Provide clear communication regarding ongoing works, schedules, and potential disruptions.
- Carry out resident visits and maintain strong relationships across multiple sites.
- Handle resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to the project team and maintain accurate records of resident communications.
- Support the site and office teams to ensure works are delivered smoothly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or in a similar customer-facing role within construction or social housing.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential); travel between sites required 4 days per week, with 1 day based in the office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
