Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Refurbs / Maintenance? Are you looking for a business where you can grow and develop your career? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Royston to deliver a planned works and decarbonisation project. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of our projects, ensuring all planned works are being completed on budget.

- Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
- Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
