As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retrofit, refurbishment & small works projects across Leicestershire, and ensuring all works are being completed on time, in budget and to quality demands. What are we looking for? * Prior experience working as a Project Manager, within Construction, Retrofit, Refurbishment & Small Works programs is a MUST. * Willingness to travel across the Leicestershire areas to different sites. * NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management. * Full UK\’s driving license. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing works being completed within the Leicstershire area * Liaising with clients and site, communciating any changes in project requirements, delays and feedback. * Produce weekly and monthly project reports , tracking progress,beudgets and key deliverables. * Managed Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs), admin teams, and worked closely with Quantity Surveyors (QSs) to ensure seamless project execution. * Developed and maintained project programmes and progress trackers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
