Job Opportunity: Construction Project Manager – Office Refurbishment 🕒 Project Duration: 6 months 🏗️ Start Date: End of May We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Proejct Manager to oversee a fast-paced Office Refurbishment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-structured project with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily site operations, ensuring work progresses on time and within budget. * Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries on-site. * Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and safeguarding protocols (school site). * Maintain site records, reports, and communicate progress with the project team. * Liaise with clients, school staff, and stakeholders as required. ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within a live school or educational environment. * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid certifications – essential. * PASMA * IPAF * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
