Project Manager – East Midlands We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality residential development schemes across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the successful delivery of multiple residential development projects, managing timelines, risks, and client expectations throughout. * Act as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, ensuring compliance with development agreements and delivering projects to specification. * Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, implementing robust processes and quality standards in line with company procedures. * Provide regular progress updates and clear communication to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. * Oversee forecasting and reporting on key project data, including completions, cash flow, and compliance handover documentation. * Support and mentor junior team members, contribute to internal improvements, and step up in the absence of senior leadership when required. Requirements: * Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience delivering projects independently in a consultancy, contractor, or housing association setting. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach. * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
