As a Project Manager, you will be responsilbe for leading all site teams, ensuring that all projects on a commercial refurbishment basis are completed on time, to budget and to quality demands.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience working as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager on a commercial refurbishment project is a MUST.
- NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.
- Driving License
- Prior experience working in a wide range of commercial projects including retail, education, hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Monitor costs to avoid overruns.
- Lead various site teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, Trades and Sub-contractors
- Ensure work is progressing according to plan, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the project.
- Facilitate the handover to the client and close out the project.
