We are currently seeking an experienced FIRAS Site Manager to oversee fire protection works on an ongoing project based in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and safety-focused individual with experience managing fire door installation, fire door maintenance, and fire stopping projects within live environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site teams carrying out:
- Fire Door Installations
- Fire Door Maintenance
- Fire Stopping Works
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across all work areas.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are completed to the required standards.
- Oversee surveyors working within the General Infirmary, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate site records and provide progress updates to the project team.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid SMSTS
- FIRAS Approved Supervisor – Fire Doors and Fire Stopping
