The site is in Northampton, working with a Senior Site Manager and a Trainee Site Manager on an existing site of 217 units. The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 4 and First Aid.
Training and new qualifications can be provided if needed. Experience in a similar role is preferred, with general construction knowledge also considered.
