Part-Time Document Controller

Are you an organised administrator with experience in the construction industry? We're looking for a proactive Document Controller to join our growing team in Edenbridge, Kent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Keep Dropbox organised, ensuring files are correctly stored, named and easily accessible.
  • Format and prepare professional tender submissions and supporting documentation.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries professionally.
  • Refine and improve existing administrative systems and processes.
  • Support the wider team with general office administration.
  • Maintain document control procedures and ensure version control across project documentation.
  • Assist with project administration as required.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller or Administrator within the construction industry is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience using Quick Books is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing documents using Dropbox is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
