Site Operative – Kendal, Cumbria We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Operative to join our successful new build housing developer. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while supporting various tasks on construction sites. Duties: Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, including site preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Operate and maintain machinery and tools in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Support supervisors and other team members in completing tasks on time and to the required standard. Experience: Previous experience working on construction sites or in a similar manual labor role. Ability to follow safety procedures and operate machinery safely. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Benefits  Salary between £25,000 – £30,000 Pension  Holiday allowance
