Are you an experienced Project Manager, who has a background working on interior fit-out and refurbishment projects?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing fit-out and refurbishment business, who are currently on the search for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their Nottinghamshire Head Office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our projects from inception through to completion, ensuring a smooth delivery across both operational and commercial avenues.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager working on fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Valid CSCS & SMSTS
- Experience in overseeing projects from inception through to handover stage
- Full UK's driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out and extension projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, expectations and commercial discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM duties and company standards.
