Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking to recruit three Assembly Operatives to join their busy CCTV Production Department on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with assembly experience to join a growing business with genuine long-term career prospects.

The Role

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling CCTV products within a production environment. This is a hands-on role involving bench assembly, standing for periods of the shift, and general manual assembly duties.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous mechanical assembly experience.
  • Electrical assembly experience, such as cable preparation or cable termination, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience working within an assembly line, manufacturing, or repetitive production environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions.
  • A reliable, hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm

Overtime is available to meet business demands and is paid at time and a half for any hours worked after 12:30pm on Fridays.
