Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background working on Retrofit/Decarbonisation projects? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Property Services Contractors in the UK, who are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager in Retrofit projects to join them on a permanent basis.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all works being conducted on site, ensuring efficiency & quality.

- Proven track record of leading projects as a Site Manager in Retrofit/Decarbonisation

- Great commercial awareness, ability to identify variations to contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of programmes of work and management of operational delivery within agreed budgets, objectives and targets
- Understand the contract and the company's obligations and ensure all requirements are met
- Effective management of engineers and sub-contractors, providing support on technical issues and performance management
- Undertake site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work and overall productivity
