New Build Sales Advisor – Doncaster New Build Sales Advisor – An exciting opportunity for an experienced new homes sales advisor to join a privately owned housebuilder, renowned for delivering premium residential properties. From first-time buyer homes to luxury family residences, their unique designs set them apart. Duties * Manage all aspects of the customer journey from lead generation to legal completion, ensuring targets are met * Maintain consistent contact with purchasers, solicitors, and IFAs to monitor sales progress * Keep the Marketing Suite and show homes to brand standards and conduct weekly marketing checks * Promote additional upgrades and services, including the Excellence Range and recommended solicitors * Liaise with local estate agents and monitor competitor activity to generate leads and insights Experience & Skills Required * Proven track record in new build home sales within the housebuilding industry * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport * Knowledge of the Consumer Code, GDPR, and relevant industry legislation * Self-motivated with excellent time management and teamwork skills * Proficient in IT systems and CRM tools Benefits * Competitive salary with generous commission structure * 25 days annual leave * Company pension and life assurance * Ongoing training and professional development * 5-day working week including weekends
