We require an experienced multi species butcher for our very busy client based in the south of England * Mainly skilled with Beef, a requirement to work on Lamb pork and poultry from time to time, during busy seasonal periods * A skills test would be required prior to offer of the position * Adequate English skills to meet the needs of client speciality orders from working sheets * Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, food hygeine certificate a plus but not a requirement * Working hours between 6.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (additional hours may be required during increased production orders) * Transport may be required to travel, or assistance in finding accommodation to relocate * No sponsorship for this position, legal ability to work in the UK via share code or UK approved working visa * £16.50ph on passing the test employed * £20.00ph with proof of UTR self employed number from the HMRC * long term contract, leading to permanent for the suitable candidate
