We are currently working with a high-quality contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a commercial office Cat B fit-out in Milton Keynes.
This is a No.1 on-site role, requiring a hands-on manager who is present and active on site throughout the day, driving the project forward rather than desk-bound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full day-to-day management of the site
- Overseeing subcontractors and programme delivery
- Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards
- Coordinating works and ensuring quality is delivered to a high standard
- Strong use of IT systems for reporting, planning, and communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing high-quality commercial fit-out projects (Cat B preferred)
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent H&S knowledge and implementation
- Confident, proactive, and highly organised
