Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background working for a New Build Housing developer?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, regional new build housing developer in Tamworth, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.
The developer currently covers the West Midlands/Warwickshire areas and will be looking to expand into new regions in the coming years.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial success of our developments and ensuring ongoing growth within the business.

What are we looking for?
Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor for a new build developer is ESSENTIAL.
HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, cost control and financial reporting A team player with a collaborative approach

Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor and control development costs throughout the construction process.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to maximise profitability.
Produce accurate monthly cost reports and valuations.
