Location: England Job Type: Permanent Sector: Highways / Infrastructure An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to play a leading role in the procurement of the next generation of National Highways Maintenance & Response Contracts (M&R2). This is a strategic position at the forefront of one of the UK's largest infrastructure procurement programmes, offering the opportunity to influence commercial strategy, shape supply chain partnerships, and support the successful delivery of future highways maintenance contracts. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will lead all commercial and contractual aspects of the procurement phase, working closely with senior operational, bid, and executive teams to ensure commercial excellence throughout the lifecycle of the bid process.
