Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Street Works Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor + Ganger for an immediate start on a 10-week project. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ongoing civils and groundworks project, overseeing site activities and working closely with operatives to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervising groundworks and civils teams on site
  • Overseeing day-to-day street works operations
  • Managing and coordinating drainage, civils, kerbing, and surfacing works
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors
  • Monitoring productivity and maintaining quality standards
  • Ensuring permits and street works requirements are adhered to

Requirements

  • Valid SSSTS qualification
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • Valid NRSWA Street Works Supervisor ticket
  • Proven background within groundworks and civils
  • Experience supervising gangs and street works operations
  • Strong knowledge of drainage, kerbing, surfacing, and civils works
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
