Are you an experienced Health & Safety Advisor within the housing sectors? Are you looking to join a cash rich, industry leading developer? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry-leading housing developer, who are currently on the lookout for a Health & Safety Advisor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Lincolnshire office. As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace without risk to health & environment within our housing projects.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience as a Health & Safety Advisor for a Housing developer
- Strong communication skills
- Previous knowledge of audit processes
- Ability to form strong relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe workplace across all projects
- Ensure that inspections are carried out in line with departmental expectations
- Liaise with external consultants
- Work together with site teams to resolve problems.
- Provide regular updates of site issues to the EHS Team
