Are you an experienced construction Office Manager, with a background working for a construction business? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional civils and maintenance contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Construction Office Manager on a permanent basis out of their office in Lincoln. As a Construction Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and commercial workflow across the business. You will work closely with the Contracts Managers to streamline processes, ensure commercial accuracy and assist in the management of site logistics.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience working in a similar, fast-paced administrative or operational role
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to resource staff or materials quickly in response to changing site demands
- Comfort learning and using advanced database software
- High degree of self-initiative, capable of working independently while remaining a supportive team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise, track, and process Purchase Orders (POs) for division-specific requirements
- Manage division invoices, ensuring prompt submission in line with tight client deadlines
- Help Contract Managers to build, structure, and submit applications for payment to our clients accurately
- Help to source and order specialised materials when required to support operational timelines
- Book accommodation and transport logistics for remote-based site staff and field personnel
