Are you an experienced commercial assistant, with a background working for a construction business? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional civils and maintenance contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Commercial Assistant on a permanent basis out of their office in Lincoln. As a Commercial Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and commercial workflow across the business. You will work closely with the Contracts Managers to streamline processes, ensure commercial accuracy and assist in the management of site logistics.

- Proven experience working in a similar, fast-paced administrative or operational role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise, track, and process Purchase Orders (POs) for division-specific requirements.
- Manage division invoices, ensuring prompt submission in line with tight client deadlines.
- Help Contract Managers to build, structure, and submit applications for payment to our clients accurately.
- Help to source and order specialised materials when required to support operational timelines.
- Book accommodation and transport logistics for remote-based site staff and field personnel.
