Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong groundworks background to join them for at least the next month in a project in Marham.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks packages and MUST HAVE either an in-date DBS (Issued within the last 6 months) or MOD Security Clearances.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
  • MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances.
  • Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.
  • Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Key Duties:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
  • Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
  • Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
  • Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
  • Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
