Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all company documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Keep Dropbox organised, ensuring files are correctly stored, named and easily accessible.
- Format and prepare professional tender submissions and supporting documentation.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries professionally.
- Refine and improve existing administrative systems and processes.
- Support the wider team with general office administration.
- Maintain document control procedures and ensure version control across project documentation.
- Assist with project administration as required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or Administrator within the construction industry is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience using QuickBooks is helpful.
