Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with a background in the housing, refurbishments or retrofit sectors? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the UK s largest social housing contractors, who are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer in refurbishment projects to join them on a permanent basis to work around the Basingstoke area.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing communication between residents, site teams and project managers, with regards to ongoing works.
