Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with a background in the housing, refurbishments or retrofit sectors? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the UK's largest social housing contractors, who are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer in refurbishment projects to join them on a permanent basis out of their Nottingham office. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing communication between residents, site teams and project managers, with regards to ongoing works.

Key Responsibilities:
