Finishing Foreman - Twycross - 3 Months Approach Personnel are currently working with a local construction Main Contractor, who are looking for a Finishing Manager to join them on a freelance basis for the next 3 months on a project in Twycross. The ideal individual would have relevant experience in a similar position for a construction main contractor and have relevant tickets; SSSTS/SMSTS , First Aid etc.. Key Requirements: * Valid in-date tickets: SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS * Proven Finishing Foreman experience working on a similar construction project. * Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: * ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Supervising all finishing trades, including carpentry, decorating, flooring, tiling, drylining, ceilings, mastic, and final fix M&E. * Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are completed in the correct sequence and to programme. * Carrying out regular inspections and identifying defects before formal snagging. * Managing snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring defects are rectified promptly. * Enforcing health and safety procedures, carrying out site inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation. * Monitoring the quality of workmanship and ensuring finishes meet specification, drawings, and client standards.
