We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management company, providing planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. This is a mobile position covering sites across Birmingham, Nuneaton, Nottingham, Leeds and Manchester, so applicants must be comfortable travelling between locations as required. The Role As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems and building services across the portfolio are maintained to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple sites * Attending reactive electrical maintenance and breakdowns * Fault finding, diagnosis and repair of electrical systems * Testing, inspection and general electrical maintenance * Emergency lighting checks and repairs * Maintenance of lighting, power, distribution boards and associated systems * Carrying out minor electrical installations and remedial works * Ensuring all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations * Completing job sheets and maintenance records accurately * Liaising professionally with clients and site representatives * Identifying additional remedial works where required * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures What We re Looki...
