An exciting opportunity to join a new homes developer with incredible growth plans who are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Manager to cover their South Yorkshire region. Joining the team as a Customer Liaison Manager, you will be the customer's key point of contact from the moment they are introduced to their home onwards, managing the customer relationship, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to defects in order to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
As this is a mobile role covering the South Yorkshire operating area, therefore a full UK driving licence is required.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the purchasing, building, and post-sales processes.
- Coordinate and oversee customer communication: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels, ensuring that every homebuyer’s expectations are met and exceeded through proactive support and personalized service.
Experience
- To be successful as our Customer Liaison Manager, experience of working within a similar role for a housebuilder, housing association or local authority is essential.
- Good knowledge of the Construction and Technical processes is essential.
- Proven ability to work independently, remain calm in a crisis, prioritise work, take initiative and make informed decisions.
