Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background working on Care Home projects? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading, care home construction business, who are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The initial project will be based in Chester on a large care home development, with further projects to take place in the North West. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site ensuring that the project is running to deadlines ensuring quality and cost-control alongside the commercial team.

  • Prior experience working as a Site Manager on Care Home construction projects is ESSENTIAL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure that all works are being completed in a timely manner, whilst maintaining quality in line with company policy.
  • Pro-actively identify project risks and work extensively to reduce delays.
  • Facilitate final inspections and approvals.
  • Program management and client engagement.
  • Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules.
