Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in New Build Housing projects? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional new build housing developer, who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The initial project is based in Cheltenham, with future projects taking place in and around Gloucestershire.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure work is carried out within an agreed timeframe, budget and to the quality needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a construction site, to ensure the development is completed on time, to specification and safety regulations, while complying with company and construction build and quality standards.
- Ensure all quality and safety inspections are within quality control standards and carried out in accordance with Group guidelines.
