Senior Site Manager - Cheltenham - 2 Years Approach Personnel are currently partnered with an industry leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a freelance basis in Cheltenham on a New Build Education project scheduled to last 2 years. The ideal candidate will have experience working on DofE sites prior and be have all updated certificates. Key Requirements: * Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. * Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate. * Proven experience managing similar new build construction projects. * Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: * Overseeing day-to-day site operations. * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. * Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance. * Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. * Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. * Coordinating works across site and conductng constant quality checks.
